Kennedy pledges a campaign based on positive, real solutions
Charles Kennedy MP, Leader of the Liberal Democrats, responding to the calling of the General Election today pledged to fight the campaign based on real solutions to the real problems people face everyday. He promised to address people's hopes, not play on their fears, and to be the positive force for good in the election. Local Euro MP backs fair trade in Rochdale!
Leading Liberal Democrat Campaigner and one of Rochdale's European Members of Parliament of the for Fair Trade in Europe Sajjad Karim MEP visited ASDA in Rochdale on Saturday to congratulate them on their contribution to helping Rochdale in their fight for Fair Trade.
