We cannot leave UK's International Development budget at at 0.36% of UK's Gross National Index . A return of the budget to 0.7% of the UK GNI will halt patronage from China and stop free and open states sliding further into autocracy.

A full council meeting of High Peak Borough debated whether the council should lobby the Chancellor, Rachel Reeves, to review the proposed changes in Winter Fuel payments, which could see pensioners in High Peak at risk.
